H.R. Srinivasan

Srinivasan H.R, 43, is the prime founder of TAKE Solutions (founded 2001), a technology enabled business solutions company with leadership in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Life Sciences. As Vice Chairman & Vision holder, Srinivasan plays a pivotal role in the evaluation of new initiatives, mergers & acquisitions and business lines that will enable TAKE to emerge as a global player. His rich experience in the logistics and SCM industry enables him to nurture dynamic leadership in the organization.

In his twenty years of experience, Srinivasan has demonstrated enterprise in the logistics discipline through sustained performance and innovation. Prior to setting up TAKE Solutions, he was Managing Director, South Asia at SembCorp logistics. Srinivasan is on the board of a number of companies spanning across industries viz. technology, logistics & SCM and financial services.

He was also instrumental in technology investments of Temasek Holdings, including the setting up of the ‘technology incubator’ in India. Srinivasan has been very active with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) having served in both the State and Regional councils. He is one of the key members on the CII National Committee on Logistics and also an Advisory Board member of the CII institute of Logistics.

Srinivasan holds an MBA and is an Mathematics graduate.
