Narayanan has over 15 years of management consulting and industry experience. He is an Executive Director with Advisory Services practice of KPMG India. Amongst his other responsibilities at KPMG, he heads their Advisory Services practice in Chennai.

Narayanan advises clients in the areas of business strategy and operational improvement – more specifically in corporate transformation, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Process improvement, customer management, defining and implementing IT strategy, and Program management. He has wide experience across Consumer markets, Financial Services and Industrial markets.

He has led and executed assignments in multiple geographies including India, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. His list of clients in the space include some of the leading global professional services firms, large multinational banks, Insurance companies, discrete and process manufacturing companies, Government agencies and multi-national players.

Narayanan has spoken and written in multiple forums in India and abroad. His views on the market frequently appear in business and regular magazines.

Prior to KPMG, Narayanan was working with Arthur Andersen business consulting for over 4 years and PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 3 years. Earlier, he had worked with CMC Ltd, now a part of India's largest IT Company.

Narayanan has a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication engineering and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
